1. What is my username and/or password?

Username: the first part of your email address before the @ symbol. Example: Our email address is wpi@agrilink.com and our username is wpi.

Password: We assigned you a password upon registration. Send us an email and we will reset it for you.

2. How do I begin receiving a printable version of Ag Perspectives?

Download this document: Registering for Adobe Document Center. This will guide you through the multi-step Adobe registration process and also show how to open our secured files. Once you complete Step 4, which notifies us that registration is complete, we will add your name to the correct distribution list and you will begin receiving the printable Adobe attachments the following evening.

3. I use Lock Lizard to open your secured reports. When will this be discontinued?

The Lock Lizard (.pdc) versions of our reports will be discontinued on April 15, 2010.

4. Why doesn’t my Blackberry open the reports correctly?

The key to opening our reports on a Blackberry is enabling JavaScript. If this does not resolve the problem, our best advice is to bookmark our website and read it from there. Our nightly emails only contain snippets of each article; the full text of the reports is always found on our website.

The iPhone is also compatible with our website.


5. How can I access and download your regularly published data?

Direct your browser to http://data.worldperspectives.com .  Enter the username and password used to log in to read our reports.  You may then navigate through the available reports and data. There is an export to Excel function available.

6. How do I subscribe to Ag Perspectives?

Please contact wpi@agrilink.com to arrange a free, month-long trial of our nightly service.

7. How do I unsubscribe to Ag Perspectives?

Email wpi@agrilink.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line and we will remove your address within one business day.
