It’s back! Coronavirus was peaking and then suddenly it was not due to a new testing procedure and that largely defined the day. It remains a question of where the reality is on this disease. The more it drags on the deeper the adverse impacts. It is possible to gamble one way or another.  Notable right now is the lean hog market where contango is very striking; the betting is that China is going to need to import a lot of pork. There are anecdotes to support this, such as current pronounced market shortages, but also deserved skepticism that China can rebuild herds quickly.  Also weighing on markets is currency valuations.
