Organic Worries The organic food market is growing fast, especially in France, and projected to reach $100 billion globally, according to Ecocert. This has led Copa Cogeca’s Organic Working Party to reach the concern WPI forecast long ago – commoditization. The party’s Lone Andersen cautioned this week that organic farmers need to be careful not to overproduce and face lower prices.
