Milling Wheat The Black Sea FOB market remained about unchanged last week, while the domestic market in Russia was reportedly $2-4 higher. Weather conditions in Russia and Ukraine remain favorable for winter wheat development with still enough snow to protect the crop from freezing. The Egyptian GASC purchased 180 KMT of Romanian and 180 KMT of French wheat in a tender last week at an average $262.76/MT CNF, which was about $2 less than it paid two weeks earlier. The main reason for the lower offer prices was the change of payment terms. Forecasting developments in production agriculture
