Bipartisan Enemy; Unifying the West; Actions and Solutions

Bipartisan Enemy U.S. Congressional Democrats and Republicans cannot agree on an infrastructure investment package but when it comes to competing with China there was a 68 to 32 agreement in the Senate this week. That was the vote on a bill that in addition to reauthorizing customary tariff cuts would boost spending on research and development and subsidize the making of semiconductor chips.
