Wheat: Net sales of 676,600 metric tons (MT) for 2020/2021 were up 10 percent from the previous week and 30 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Corn: Net sales reductions of 29,300 MT for 2019/2020--a marketing-year low--were down noticeably from the previous week and from the prior 4-week average.  Soybeans: Net sales of 257,800 MT for 2019/2020 were down 29 percent from the previous week and 45 percent from the prior 4-week average. Soybean Cake and Meal: Net sales of 260,900 MT for 2019/2020 were up noticeably from the previous week and from the prior 4-week average.     Soybean Oil: Net sales of 800 MT for 2019/2020 were primarily for Canada (300 MT), Mexico (300 MT), and the Dominican Republic (200 MT)...

WPI’s team was retained by the governing board of a U.S. industry organization to review a decision, reached by vote, to invest significant assets into the development and management of an export trading company. WPI’s team conducted a formal review of this decision and concluded that the current level of market saturation would limit the benefits of the investment.
