Ain Sokhna will shortly be connected by a rail network to the Mediterranean --- Ain Sokhna is about 400 miles south of the Mediterranean. The new rail line will be used for both passengers and cargo. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment.
